I was in your store this morning, July 30, 2022 and noticed the air wasn’t working very well at all when I was trying on clothes. I started to sweat profusely. The two ladies working came in the dressing room several times to check on my sisters & I when they both saw that I was in distress. They both were as kind & helpful as possible. They got me a stool & and a bottle of cold water. I love your store & quality of clothes but had to cool down before I could make it out of the dressing room to check out. No one should have to work in those conditions but your staff was my rock today! So hats off to your staff!!!

Today when I walked into this store, the sales woman looked me over from top to bottom! Really?! There were no other customers in the store and she is scrutinizing me. I will not return.

In general, I have had good experience at this Talbots until today. I went to the store to use a $20 off offer that Talbots sent me and the manager, without even looking at it she said it was to be used after 9/9/21. My mistake was not checking what were the conditions of the offer…I just left. Later on at home, I happened to read the whole enail sent by corporate and the offer expires today. I was so mad that I called the store but the representative that answered wasn’t listening and kept covering for the manager. I had to explain 3 times and ask her to listen until finally she apologized. Never expected that kind of bad service from a well-known, highly respected store.
