Customer service sucks and I just called because I had some questions about a particular bed and just got blew off she wasn't even trying to understand what I was asking I never go back to this location.

Yes they are very rude and when you don't want something you need to return it they take there sweet time you talk to the manager and costumer service there rudeness gets worse
