If I could give no stars I would this place is a joke I wouldn’t recommend it if they were the last office on earth seriously save yourself the stress and go to a different office expect to wait at least an hour in the waiting room and then another half hour for the doctor to come in once you’ve been placed in a room doctors and nurses have no sympathy for their patients they are all incredibly rude getting any prescription and then a refill is a hassle I have never dealt with it place as unprofessional as this

Wellspan took over and the prices soared. What was once a reasonable price for an ultrasound has more than doubled. Wellspan is a joke. Too bad WHC sold out to them. Time to start looking for someone OUT OF the wellspan network!!

Had an appointment today (3/11/21) at 7:45 AM, arrived before 7:40 AM. was checked in in 2 minutes. Waited in the waiting area till 7:50 while hearing the nurses chatting and laughing.. Went to the front desk and asked when I can see the ultrasound technician.. She said because you're the first patient it will take a while. I don't understand is it my fault to be the first patient? Shouldn't they be ready for me at 7:45 am because this is my time to be in? The best part is another patient came in, 4 minutes off 8 and she was called in, in 2 minutes . I scheduled my appointment that early for a reason and I told the front desk girl that I need to report to my work and she didn't even bother herself and tell the nurses about the situation. I cancelled the visit and went to my work at 8:05 So very disappointed.

My wife received an ultrasound and a large bill but they never called back with any results. They will see you and charge you but they will not help you. We had to go to another doctor for help. I'm just glad we decided to see another doctor before it was too late. I will gladly remove this negative post if we receive our results and an apology. I dont thi k we will pay the rest of our bill without an apology at this point.
