2 tines a year it used to be. You could also go to The Salvation Army on Guilford st. And show them your finances and they have a monthly food program depending on earnings. But they will interview you and can help with clothes with voucher to use in store. Only on the clothing you specify you need. Go there they will definitely help with clothes.
