Used glue and two small stitches to repair a rip in my husbands leather shoe by an eyelet. It ripped again the next day when he went to wear them. My husband took them back, they apologized and said they would repair it again. I went to pick the shoe up a week later. The employee dropped the shoe on the counter and said “we will NOT fix this again. Your husband must be a weakling who has to pull the laces too hard and rips the leather.” I told him I didn’t appreciate his condescending remarks. When he realized the verbal mistake he made, he tried to tell me maybe it wasn’t my husband because the leather is cheap and we should take them back to where we bought them to demand a refund. (If they thought the leather was so cheap, why didn’t they tell my husband that when he first brought it in?) Disgusted with his lack of respect, I walked to the door to exit and he said “your lucky we are not charging you a second time.” Will never go back.

I would give this place 10 stars if there was 10 stars. I went in for a quick shoe repair and they were able to take care of it on the spot. If you ever need a repair from Harrisburg to Lebanon, go to DiNuzio's.

DiNunzio's did a masterful job of bringing my father's old attache case back to life: a new zipper, repaired handles and an overall renourishment of the leather. I had been looking for a business that I could trust to do the job and I decided to go for it after seeing the beautiful work they did on a friend's old leather satchel. Clearly, my trust was quite well-placed!

They use to be open until 5:00 in the past, but they did change their hours since Covid started and it looks like they added more in. I saw they are open until 3 p.m. on some days. I hope this helps :)
It cost us about $80. But then they came apart 2 months later and we had to pay $8 to get them repaired again. Then he messed up the zipper and replaced it with a different zipper
