I've never had any issues. Everyone is so friendly and my wait time is usually 15 minutes.

Well hoping I don't have a deathly illness and I make it the wait for an appt, I'll be lucky is the answer the phones at all, the doctor I saw was great but I don't wanna deal with all the rest to just see her.

Pediatrician is the BEST I've ever taken my kids to. However, they NEVER answer the phone, rarely call back and are RUDE! Avoid at all costs!

Worst place. They never answer the phones for refills or medications. Very unprofessional and not responsible.

What time did you call? Sometimes I think they forget to flip their phones over to active in the morning on time. Also, possibly they have different hours for the holidays?
