Some store associates should not be working here or at least not in the public eye. There was a visibly upset employee speaking negatively about her coworkers, so loudly that customers could hear. She was complaining about how they incorrectly sort/replace clothing back on shelves. In addition, she was rudely brisk walking past customers, and aggressively putting clothes back on shelves, as if we were in her way. She also provided unsolicited, non helpful statements. As a customer, I couldn't comfortably shop with her negative vibes and overbearing presence so I exited the store and will never return to this location.

Only sells Express brand but they do sell work pants
The safety of our customers and associates is our highest priority. We are taking care to keep stores clean and enforce social distancing. Here are some of the actions we are taking: cleaning and sanitizing all stores, training associates on new protocols and best practices, signage and audio reminders about maintaining a proper social distance, safety precautions in our fitting rooms and checkout desks and limiting store capacity to recommended numbers.
Express Factory Outlet offers sizes ranging from 00-14 and XS – XL in women's and XS-XXL in Men's (Pant W28-38, L:30-34 and Jacket 36S-44L).
Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 60 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online.
