Fantastic little park with a mix of cabins and RV spaces. Scenery is beautiful with the river running along the edge of the park, a short but lush and serene walking trail along the water, and two ponds complete with a native population of ducks and geese. Many of the RVs seem to be long-termers, but everyone was very friendly. Mostly quiet if you can tolerate the occasional diesel engine. Wi-fi wasn't rock-solid, but better than average by RV park standards. Reasonable rates. A great location near the highway for quick trips to Taos or Red River but not so close that you hear traffic. Much preferred to the packed conditions in Red River.

Very serene. Parked RV very close to the river. Lots of blue spruce. Clean RV park, ponds, cabins, restrooms and laundry. We had rain and the temperature was perfect in high 60's. We will return.

My fiancé and I stayed in Cabin # 2 for a long weekend to enjoy the fall weather and drive the Enchanted Circle. We were pleasantly surprised at the convenient location of the cabins; very hidden away and private. The grounds were well maintained, the cabin was easy to find and the front desk staff was helpful. Our cabin had everything we needed for our weekend, a comfortable bed with a separate sitting area, a full size kitchen with some essentials and a private bath. The duck/goose pond was a fun way to spend our morning coffee and the river walk was a beautiful way to spend our evenings. River is just a quick 15 miles away, which came in very handy for entertainment and dining. We really loved everything about this lodge and cannot wait to go back!
