It's a great gym. Been going there for years. If I had any suggestions, it would be to try adding a couple more unusual cardio pieces for variety (kind of like how they have the step mill). Think like a Jacob's Ladder, or a wave machine. Just a bit more variety for the cardio. Similarly a glute ham bench would be a nice addition!

Loved this gym. Super clean and it actually smells noiceeee. The front desk person was super friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

Two words: METAL PLATES. Sometimes, it’s the little things in life that we can appreciate the most. This gym packs a punch and has absolutely everything you need; whether you’re a fitness junkie or a meathead. It’s one of the best in Hudson valley and the machines are always working AND clean.
