Positive: The hotel setting right beside the river is one of it's best features. We could open the window and listen to the water run. The tables and chairs by the river were a great feature. Negative: Not that I didn't like it, but the room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. And I wish there was room on the upper balcony for chairs to set outside of the room like there is on the bottom floor.

To start, this hotel is solid: it is clean, has a great location, and the everything from check in to check out went very smoothly. Yay! On top of that, this hotel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! It's so cute! They have a whole bunch of outdoor seating right next to the beautiful river, a very kind lady who makes guests bacon, eggs, and waffles (for free!) in the morning as well as having other breakfast items available for free, the staff is very nice, the beds are comfy, they have free parking, and it's about a 2 minute walk to the platinum chairlift that brings you all the way up the mountain. I know what you're thinking, "why would I stay at this chain Best Western when I can stay in a cute Air BnB?" This is not your typical Best Western-- this is a special Best Western that gives off it's own flair. Staying here helped make our ski trip seamless! Also, we saved almost $100 dollars by showing my AAA card at the front desk! Woohoo! Just another bonus. :)

Yes we are pet friendly hotel. Dogs only and pet fee is $15 extra a night. If u have any other questions call us directly at 575-754-2388 thanks.
