I am very displeased at the service I received at this dealership when I decided to buy a car. The 2 star rating is due to Victor King's awesome customer service because had it not been for him I would have given ZERO stars. I came here thinking that due to the name the service would be amazing; I quickly realized that a name means nothing. After working with Victor to pick a car, it was now time to move to financing. Let me first say; A WHOLE NEW FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS NEEDED. I first was introduced to Jose who stated that I should get rates from my credit union and then let him know what the rates were and he could see if he had better rates. I did as he told me too and was happy to hear that he had a better rate he could give. We go in the next day to sign for the car and complete financing and Jose is out due to being sick; they tell us that Jackie Buckson will be handling the financing in his absence. We wait for THREE HOURS as she works with another customer; I ask if we can be seen by another finance person but she is the ONLY one servicing people. While waiting Victor does an amazing job checking in with us and trying to make us comfortable; letting me program the car, etc. When she gets around to us she is clearly tired and ready to get off for the day. She comes and says, "You were never approved for a rate" and pretty much brushes us off. I let her know that Jose had told me that he had a rate for me; which Victor can attest too. She states that I was never approved and that with my credit score I probably would not find a better rate than what my credit union offered me. At this point we have been in the dealership for FOUR hours and accomplished NOTHING. This really made me upset because not only was my time wasted but the deal could have been completed had she let me know HOURS ago that I was not approved. I let them know that I would get financing through my credit union and come back the next day. I come back the next day with the full amount needed to get the car thinking the process should go much quicker today as I signed all paperwork the previous day. To my surprise it did NOT. Jackie looked surprised to see us back in there; as if I did not tell her that I had already been approved by my bank and that the only reason I did not come with a check the first day was because Jose had stated that he had better rates. Another THREE hours in the dealership AGAIN; due to missed trade in, final numbers being changed and having to ask them to correct it before signing, and a number of other errors. If it had not been for Victor being such a great sales guy; we would have took our money elsewhere. BMW of Towson please do whatever is needed to fix the Finance department; they were definitely the reason my car buying experience was HORRIBLE.

I had a great experience. Jonathan and Jessica both went above and beyond to help me resolve issues I had with the warranty provider. Thank you!

Amazing dealership. Tyler was very helpful and informative. Came from a different state as this dealership was willing to work with me compared to the “markup crazy” market at this time. Only dealership that started negotiations at MSRP, as it should be. Good people.

I would call them during normal business hours and ask this question.
Closed for Thanksgiving open 730a.m. Friday
I don't know about that. They mistreat everyone there. I'm never bringing my x5 there ever again.
Great, they are following all the rules.
More than it should be. Be very careful with them. Went in for an oil change and wanted them to check why the windshield washer system wasn't spraying. 5 hours later and 160 dollars for them to check it we were told it was 700 dollars to replace the pump. I told my gf to hold off. We got home and I started digging around. The pump was running, but no fluid. Turned out the line was clogged at the elbow under the hood. There is a screen there and it was clogged. Cleaned it and it worked fine. Would have been over 800 dollars for them to do whatever they were going to do.
You can put them on sale for amazon Ebay and believe me someone will buy them bmw parts are high as us bmw owners know first hand so am sure someone would buy them off you I have an x5 35i xdrive so I cant use them
