Just got the worse treatment ever in the ER. I am in so much pain and discomfort and short of breath chest pain You don't do any test to confirm flu but you say i have flu. you give me 1 ibuprofen and sent me home to suffer. Worse staff ever. Other than Ms Eileen she was so caring

My mother went to the emergency room with an open, gaping, and profusely bleeding wound clear as day on her face, in addition to passing out in the parking lot of the ER, and it’s take an hour and a half to be called in for triage, another hour for CT scans and X-rays, and currently over another hour of waiting to even be called back into a room. It’s currently 1:30am and no meds or IV have even been given or offered in the meantime. We’re so fed up all we’ve asked for are stitches, and they still won’t treat us. We could’ve driven to the Emory in Atlanta or even visited an emergency vet clinic and been treated faster and with more care and concern than this place. This may be an emergency room, but the staff here currently do not act in an emergency with any rush or worry. If you have an urgent injury or concern…like your lip being nearly torn off and it’s hanging off your face…DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE TREATED ON THEIR SCHEDULE WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT.

I took my husband here because he couldn’t move his neck. We waited about two hours before they took him for x-rays of his neck then it was another hour. before he was taken to the back an 30 minutes later a nurse came and gave him some muscle relaxers and left. We waited another hour before I went to the nurses station to see how much longer it was going to before he was able to see a doctor because it was getting pain for myself and husband sitting due to the fact I have a 3 disc back fusion and my husband has had back surgery and are unable to sit for long periods of time. The nurse told me they were still waiting for his X-ray result which had been done about 3 hours earlier and told me “that’s the nature of the beast. I went back in and told my husband and he said “let’s go”; he got up and left. Long story short we were at the hospital for over 6 1/2 hours ( 1pm until 7:45 pm)and never seen a doctor, and never found out what was wrong with his neck. Where we moved from our ER visit would have only taken us about 2 hours tops. We will not be going back to this hospital and my husband said we maybe moving back to Oklahoma because he had better doctors and hospitals.

I have had bad experiences at st.francis and medical center, I think it depends on the medical staff's attitudes, Thank God he created us to be individuals, not clones
Go to the records department
I'd assume you have already been able to reach him?
Sorry i can't help you
I used to work on 3. Most likely the bed is unplugged, or locked out. Ask for Jackie or Dan to check it out for you.
Go to the locate clinic on Veterans Parkway
Don't think so
If you have other condition other than. High blood pressure you can have it done parking lot on side of building ck with them
Ed, I do, in fact have proof of this. This 100% happened to me after they gave me a massive infection and refused to treat me after i gave birth. I was also told it happens on a regular basis in Labor and delivery ( but that's hearsay) The dfas worker told me to "stay away from that hospital, they do this all the time" She then informed me of recent lawsuits and highly suggested we go to Martin Army Hospital if we wanted another child while in Georgia. It's ridiculous that this hospital hasn't been shut down by now. I also noticed other reviews stating this is has happened to other woman after giving birth. On another note....I love the wiretap laws in this state.
Yes 1st floor
Usually a doctor or2, Pam's, nurses, na's. And other professionals needed for whatever your being seen for.
No. SFH Labor and Delivery doesn't perform deliveries of at risk babies, nor do they keep the infant for extended periods that I have seen or heard of. When mother is discharged, so is the baby. Otherwise they would likely be transported to another hospital with emergency care services for infants. That's what I was informed of when my wife and I had our most recent baby. We had 2 children at the medical center and one at SFH. We were bombarded by family members pestering us within a short time at the med center. SFH kept them away from us without any fuss until we gave the okay to send them back. The security is far superior at SFH and so is the level of privacy. We had friendly and knowledgeable staff at both hospitals.
Jackie honey i don't know sorry
