They are never open. Go there 10am. They are closed. Go at 3 pm they are closed. Go another day at 7pm they are closed. Door locked lights on but closed. Ugh

I was told last week (when I tried to get birthday balloons) that there is a Dollar Tree helium shortage, and they're not doing balloons. Different location. Try Party City maybe.
