I made an appointment for an oil change on Saturday afternoon. I was told I could come back and fetch my car on Sunday. Imagine my chagrin when I arrived on Sunday to get my cat to find the store isn't open on Sundays. Imagine my chagrin again when I show up first thing Monday morning to pick up my car only to find out my oil hadn't been changed. What the hell?

Jack and Charlie are very professional, friendly, and informative at the service desk! The cost for the amount of work done on my car was very reasonable! I would recommend going to the Westminster, MD location, because trust of workmanship is very hard to find!
