When I need a place to celebrate a special occasion without all the silly pretense (like a sommelier dressed like a monk), I chose Hillstone. I've never had a bite of anything that was not delicious. Top recommendation for the French dip, the chicken sandwich, and if your timing is good, the grilled artichoke is a must.

Visiting NYC for birthday girls trip and ate at Hillstone before seeing Wicked. Dimly light, romantic and upscale. Waitress was attentive and drinks and dinner were delicious. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

One of the best American places in the city. This classy spin on Houston’s really hits the mark with it’s pristine decor and amazing menu! The spinach artichoke dip and chicken sandwich are a must try. There’s multiple sushi options for both the amateur and the connoisseur.

Yes they have a brownie on the dessert menu that I highly recommend. I believe its coffee or espresso infused. Skip if you have a nut allergy.
I always make a reservation. That specific location gets very busy during lunch and dinner hours.
