ONE OF THE BEST PUERTO RICAN FOOD IN NYC. We got Pernil, Rice with pigeon peas, and salad with avocado. Tostones, Alcapurria. Guanabana juice. Coconut shake. BRUTAL the taste of all the dishes. The staff are so sweet and friendly. Lovely people. The atmosphere and decor makes me feel like I am in San Juan. Please support this small business and eat everything here. They sell merchandise and their own seasonings.

Food was great the first time I went, pre covid. It wasn’t as great this time. Only bad thing was the waitress which was an older woman was rude when taking our orders and rushing us, then we ended up getting the wrong food after. There was also at least 3 groups of people who came in after us who had their order taken before us, didn't make any sense.

Yep. It's so good. Go there all the time. A particular favorite are the chuletas (fried of course) and their pasteles. Which they also sell frozen which is great.

They are working on opening a resturant in Astoria. I've only eaten at the stand at street fairs.

Don't let product dry on the blade. Rite after using it take a wash cloth and pull the blade out.
