Hot 🔥, but beautiful 😍 hangout with the family watching the sunset 🌇 Lake Waco at Woodway Park on Sunday evening. Please be careful out there. Water is low, shore line has a lot of broken glass and rocks, fishing line and 🪝. So please clean up before you leave. Keeping Lake Waco beautiful and safe 😍

Great mountain bike / hiking trails nestled in this little park. The trails are short and it's difficult to get a ton of miles in but, they are really nice. Very scenic with the lake right there.

my beautiful wife and I visited just to relax and enjoy our day. The park and lake are very nice. People seem to respect other people's space. It is a family friendly park & lake. We took our two pups and they enjoyed as well. The only negative was US picking up other people's trash....sad sad sad especially when there are trash cans everywhere. That's the only complaint. I do recommend visiting,you won't be disappointed. All in all we had a blessed day. Thank you for this park and lake...blessings upon you all and be safe..oh,there is disc golf also..

There's great fishing areas...but not sure if you can camp there
There are 18. There are also 2 long tees on 7 and 17.
Pets are allowed anywhere in the park as long as they are on a leash.
There is no overnight camping allowed per Corp of Engineer rules. The hours are 5 am-10:30 pm.
Yes very easy to launch from about any place along the bank.
No camping sites but it is open 24/7!
no, no fee is required, because it's a public place. disc golf is also free, and everything offered is open to the public.
