From start to finish. Farmington plumbing was amazing to work with. Quick with scheduling appt. Keith Flanagan was the plumber. We were concerned about the leak we found in our basement bathroom closet. We were expecting the worst. Keith was on time, quick to determine what the issue was, explained in detail the issue and fixed our problem. Definitely will be using in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I tried to get someone to come over and give a quote on my water pump. Some dingbat wanted me to take pictures of the pump so I can text them to her. I told her that it was a well pump. She couldn't comprehend the concept of A. Me not being able to see the pump to get the picture nor B. Understanding how the water came out of the ground. When I stated that it was an electric pump, she still was confused. I seriously wish this was a joke review. Maybe the regular secretary was on vacation because this company has good reviews on Google, but if that is the case, answer the phone this way "Hello, Sally is on vacation, I know nothing about plumbing, how can I help you."
