I'm been going to the Union Pork Store for many years now, though it's tougher to get there post pandemic. Great selection of meats, sausages, bacon in lots of interesting flavor combinations. They really take pride in their products. I mostly go for the sausages, but I'm curious to try the bacon selection at some point. Look for the menu options on their FB page, as not all varieties are always available. Yes, there are some staples, but for example, my family loves the alligator sausages, and they are not always in stock. Plenty to choose from - sweet, savory, breakfasty, chicken, duck, pork, seafood. Definitely recommend. And to the reviewer who asked about the freshness of the products when they are open 4 days a week, there are plenty of fresh options. Some slower moving items are available in the freezer, and some products are dried or cured, so fresh just means not frozen. I'd rather they be open 4 days a week than no days a week.

I can't say for sure. I would think they use natural casings. Check out their Instagram page and message them. They are good about answering questions. I have had quite a few of their chicken and salmon sausages along with their lamb and pork and I think you wouldn't be unhappy with any of them. We eat one type of another once a week. Check out the bacon too
Yes.. you have to call in your order ahead of time and when ready they'll call and deliver curbside
Yes, depends on what your specifically looking for. They have lots of smoked sausages, baccons, and a few types of ham. They don't typically have things like pulled pork.

From what i remember it was end of August - this Friday i would imagine they will be open since it is September
