Left my vaccine card and waited in store for half an hour for someone to just give it back. While I stood there I was told to wait for non existent people's scripts to be filled before I could be helped. Literally just giving my card back to me. Shopped and paid and all while they still carried on with their important tasks. Zero stars would be adequate for this pharmacy. If your script can be filled elsewhere do so. Everyday you go there they are in complete disarray. There is no preferable time or day of week. When you go to the counter you will be ignored, fully. The tech and pharmacist will proceed with whatever they are doing no acknowledgement whatsoever. When you make yourself known, anything you ask will be treated as if you've asked them to climb Mount Everest. Complete breakdown in communication between their staff. Pharmacist acts as if their job prevents them from basic human interaction, like hi, or I'll be right with you. A mess. Never did get my vaccine card.

I been coming here for at least 4 years. I been getting a monthly prescription since I started here. I called last month for my prescription and was told they will no longer have it, so why did I have to call to find this out. I spent the entire day looking for a new pharmacy. The pharmacist Annie has the worst attitude ever. She has been treating me nasty for years and none of the managers does anything. Im happy to find a new pharmacy where the staff is actually nice.

The ShopRite pharmacist at the Union Plaza in Union New Jersey has no social skills. I approached the counter to request my meds. I waited and waited for her to acknowledge me and provide assistance. I was in clear view and she never acknowledge me. I finally got her attention. She did not greet me at all. While I was standing there my dentist called in the prescription and the pharmacist did not pickup. Hence, my order was left on the voicemail. I notified the pharmacist and she rudely stated she did not have the code to get her voicemail. I asked for the fax and had my dentist send it over again. I notified the pharmacist and she ignored me again. I came back after shopping for groceries and again the pharmacist did not acknowledge me. She finally gave me my meds and did not bother to ask or provide information about the meds as most pharmacist do. All I expected was a friendly hello or acknowledgement of me being there and to provide any information as to the meds. Would it had hurt her to be pleasant? Why work for the customer service industry if you have no desire to communicate with your customers? No social skills. Unbelievable.
