The part needed for my Impala was ordered, I was notified when part came in so an appointment could be made. Appointment was set up, car was dropped off, repaired, and I received a call that it was ready for pick up.

I called this store for a serpentine belt. I said I needed between 66 and 66.75" (current belt is 66.75" but my new alt has a smaller pulley so I need a smaller belt), they said the closest they had was just under 66". I bought the belt because I figured I might be able to get it on if I completely compress the tensioner enough, it might just fit. 15 hours, 3 days, and 3 people attempting to replace the belt later, I called them again just to see if maybe now they have a belt between 66 and 66.75"....sure enough THEY DID!. I wasted 15 hours, 3 days, and 3 peoples time, along with borrowing someone elses car for a few days because mine didn't run, and they had the right size belt THE WHOLE TIME!!
