Are the reels you have some of the commercially released titles with boxes and album artwork, or are they home recording reels of dubbed vinyl records? We might be interested if you have any of the commercially released titles.
Yeah, they should be able to hook you up or at least recommend artists and remixes for spotify, etc.

Guitar Center or Sam Ash would be your best bet. Sometimes OfferUp has used ones too. This is a retailer that carries music listen to on CD or vinyl.
If it's available on CD, just buy the CD. Much cheaper.
To my knowledge, I've never seen them there, but I've also never been looking. I'm not sure there's much of a market for them, though. Sorry I couldn't be more help!
