Great healthy fast casual. Had the trout with cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Food served to you at the table after ordering, took 2 mins even tho it was quite busy for lunch! Easy stop right off the highway.

I first ate at Vessel Kitchen in early 2018, and since moving to PC, have eaten here multiple times a week. The dishes are unique, the ingredients fresh and healthy. There are so many options (though I have my favorites). The staff are great too, working hard to meet demand. Go try Vessel. You’ll love it!!

The food quality is excellent! I was visiting from out of town and ate here twice. The dijon chicken is delicious!
