Lived here for 2 years, it used to a beautifulnngng building but the smell of dog urine fills the halls no matter how much they “clean the carpets”; not to mention the gross stains left behind; don’t expect ANYTHING from Management but total and complete ineptitude; it’s like BLT seeks out the most clueless and equally rude people to run The Curb. For the money we spent, we were left disappointed having lived there. There are better places to live than a BLT

Be aware the monthly cost does not include numerous additional charges such as amenity fee, trash fee, parking fee, water fee, sewer fee, etc. We decided to move out after two years of rent increases. Also do not expect to get your security deposit back. We cleaned the apartment thoroughly before we moved out and the curb still charged us.

I lived at the curb for about 7 months. The apartments are nice inside, the grounds are well kept, the food trucks are convenient. Noise is minimal (except construction). The management office is annoying with constant complex wide emails about policy violations - but otherwise lovely place to live

I moved into the Curb a few weeks ago and love it. The apartment is brand new and well designed; high end appliances are fun to use! Being I work remote most days, it was important to have a bright, calm and relaxing place to live & work and the Curb has a great area to work at during the day. The pool and dog park are also top notch. There is a cleaning crew every day, including weekends, and the concierge is very friendly. They help with follow up on any maintenance requests too. I would like to thank the leasing team especially Emily and Rebecca for such a great experience.

Yes- if you leave you sliding door open you not only hear the train but the fumes and pollution are an added bonus
They do rent short term.. but rent amount goes high..
The rents range but each year they increase by $150 or more. Stay away it’s not worth paying 2500 for a one bedroom and broken down elevators
