Not singling out this location at all, and will absolutely go back, and one of the two people I've dealt with there is super nice! But this "always hot, crispy fries" ad campaign is a crock. Nothing's changed. It's all blind luck whether you get fresh fries or not. I blame corporate. And always tip service workers. That means the person at the drive through as well.

Lucy makes better than the best Baconator Fries! She's the Queen, you gotta ask for Lucy. Adding chili to her special fries is like a little bit of Heaven.

Dining room closed because not enough people showed up to work. Drive thru was fast but they gave me the wrong sandwich. I was the only one in the drive thru. Not sure how you give the wrong sandwich. Then when I wanted a new sandwich they had me wait for nearly 10 minutes to make a new one. Also they didn’t even have what I originally wanted, a simple baked potato. 6pm on a Saturday in a busy metropolitan area.

This was a late evening visit. The woman working the drive-thru was clearly in autopilot as we struggled through our order of two Baconator meals. My friend was driving and he is hard-of-hearing (for this I give a star back), especially when every three words is interrupted with another question of detail. The food was par for the course and the service mediocre. The line moved fast enough like a 911 response in a white neighborhood.
