Very courteous and personable young man at drive thru window. Food was very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there were no napkins, or sauces put in the bag with our order.

Only order 1 combo and it took them literally 30 mins to get my food for me, the manager there was just standing around and literally had my food sitting there. I get your way under staffed but get it together and pay attention to the food that is done.

The food is always dependable at this Arbys; it's yummy and well put together. Their service has always been 3 / 5 stars - long wait sometimes and not the best customer service. I still go to this Arbys location often because the food is awesome.

There were only 2 people working at this location, which during these times I understand. But just to order took over 20 minutes and while waiting, one employee told the other employee that they felt like they were getting sick. But they were handling food and didn’t have any gloves on. I was disgusted and I ended up walking out.
