Working with OSMNYC has genuinely been the worst and most unprofessional experience I've had, in terms of communication AND production. I gave Brian 30 t-shirts and 30 hats to be printed and embroidered. He gave me a turnaround estimate of 2 weeks. I gave him a $500 deposit. That was May 4th. Today is July 9th. I still have not had a single t-shirt nor hat made. I texted and called Brian almost daily for the first month after not hearing anything from him a week after the original estimated date of completion. He did not answer for the entirety of that month. I was actually concerned that something had happened to him. I called every number available on the website and google, no answer. I emailed multiple email addresses, no response. I drove to the shop in Queens (I live in CT) to try to talk to him in person. He was not there, and I spoke to Angelina. She called him one time and he answered, telling her to tell me we would have a sample the following day. This did happen, but the samples were distorted and the colors were off. This worked for the time being because I needed some items for a photoshoot that I had to reschedule twice because of Brian's false statements. After this, I followed up with him via text. After A MONTH of texting, Brian finally responded, and for the following month I got texts from him DAILY saying he would have the order done by the following week. Never happened. Finally I told him to forget the job and just return the items, or I could come pick them up. He said that was fine and he would ship them. That was a week ago. I've texted him every other day asking if the items were shipped, and his response is "100% I'll send them today". He hasn't shipped them. The deposit also hasn't been returned, even with countless attempts to remind him. Brian is extremely unprofessional to say the least. If you are looking for printing or graphic work, this is not the place. I am appalled with my experience. I'm not usually the one to write a bad review and like to give people second and even third chances, but I felt I needed to give people a warning so they don't have to go through what I did.

Finish by rinsing thoroughly with clean water and drying with a silicone squeegee or a clean microfiber sheet. To add a layer of security, use a silicone or Teflon-based polish optimized for vehicle graphics. If at all necessary, keep the car indoors.
