This store is near my home and I didn’t think much of it but to check it out for a purchase I was in need of. See my partners birthday is coming up and the current glasses he has is causing a rash around his face. I’m horrible with things like this also because I don’t wear glasses. I don’t know the first thing about it. When I went in, I was allowed to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The manager Francesca greeted me and she is beyond nice and helpful. So welcoming that I had to explain my struggle. She was nice enough to look up my partners prescription just to be sure what she showed me would work for him. In less than 5 seconds, she had options for me. A wide variety and allowed me to say no. That’s a big thing for me because I hate feeling pressured to buy things just because. After I selected a frame she was kind enough to acknowledge the reason I was buying them and allowed me to come back to exchange just in case he didn’t like them AND is willing to reevaluate his vision the next time. What I’m trying to say is I wish everyone in retail can just be this honest and helpful then I’d probably like shopping in stores more than online! Thank you. You’ll be seeing us soon 😊
