Just called the guy said he needed a deposit and they don't take that they need to secure payment. What kind of business is he running. I really need to get to work and if I had money in debit card I would use Uber obviously as they are cheaper. What a way to run business.

Called at 2pm for a 3pm pickup in Bethlehem, they said okay no problem. I gave them my address and everything, so they said "see you at 3!" 3:05 comes around so I call back, and they hadn't even sent out a driver. Ten minutes later I get a call from another man (the driver) asking for my address, because the man on the service line never told him where or what time to get me, and was only notified of my pickup after I called the second time at 3:05. Didn't get picked up until 3:30 which is what time my appointment was in Allentown. horrible service, horrible attitudes, would NEVER recommend.

They have provided prompt , fast ,courteous service . Would recommend 100% . 24 hour service is very important to me knowing I can Call or make a reservation and know they will be on time and prompt.

Taxi driver was professional courteous Have a great conversation with driver ,made me feel safe, Gotten on time, got to my home very early , got to work at great timing .Well mannered. And the price is super ,especially at times like this ,I would recommend this Company to anybody ,everybody well respected and well professional business!!!
