I orderd my script 4 days ago. They said it would be ready the next day. My wife went to pick up and they told her there wss no script there. She then requested that they refill my script. I then went to pick up on a Sunday. This is when Elizabeth then proveeded to tell me that the script ran out. I asked why they never let me oe my wife knpw. She then proceeded to blame the doctor. This place does not know how to run a bussiness. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS CVS! RUDE PEOPLE WORK HERE.

If I could give minus stars I would they are ignorant won't answer the phone and stop manager Andrew is no help I had my medicine in progress time changed 4x when my husband asks about the wait the told him if don't want to wait come back tomorrow n then changed my time till the next day I have a leg in traction n am in alot of pain I understand if u lack workers or are running late then b responsible how can u change a fill date cuz u have an attitude

It would be 5 star but calling any cvs nowadays is a full time job...I literally have to say "pharmacy" 8-15 times. It keeps pushing covid test kits, covid propaganda ads automatically. Needs to change asap. Been a few year customer of cvs and it's immensely annoying. If I want covid information, I wouldn't be repeating "pharmacy" as clear as possible into the phone.

Awful pharmacy experience every time. Always have to call ahead to pick up prescriptions, drive through window always closed, I call and the pharmacist doesn’t even say hello just silence? My 10 year old neice could provide better customer service than this pharmacy
