Honest and fair. We rented a surface grinder for a large concrete pad we had put in. We ended up wearing the diamond grinding pads completely to the metal before finishing and made our peace with returning the equipment satisfied that it was able to do so much on such a large area even if the concrete wasn’t up to our total satisfaction. When I went to return the grinder this morning the man I was returning it to asked me how it worked out. When I sheepishly told him we couldn’t finish because we wore out the pads he didn’t even hesitate to offer us new pads and another day’s use. My husband used to work in excavation and when I told him what they were offering us he was surprised and very grateful. We’ll definitely be using them for our rental needs and referring others too. I’ll be baking some cookies too as a more personal thanks
