As I read reviews, I have to wonder if people are speaking up while in the restaurant or just waiting to leave to write a negative review. Any problem I ever had there was promptly taken care of. If you are polite about things, you get better results.

The staff is nice enough, though they can be a little slow even on empty days. The other patrons are usually the issue I run into at buck's, which isn't entirely the establishments fault. I enjoy their pizza but it's not quite the quality I would expect for the price, though it isn't so bad that I'm unhappy paying for it. Overall a good experience that could be made better.

I never go by the other reviews & I like to make my own opinions. I wish I would have listen to these ones. But I was hungry for a crispy chicken salad with no onions, no tomatoes & no pepper rings. They don’t put French fries on them so I got a side & I wanted ranch dressing on the side. Well I got no Dressing at all. It had tomatoes. And it was the smallest dinner salad ever. Especially for being just short of $15.00 Lucky I don’t eat much but I got ripped off. Sorry I’ll never order there again.

Bad dine-in experience. This place used to have both good service and food. This time, we had a reservation with family for 6:00 pm. We waited 2 hours before food actually arrived. At least 3 other tables that arrived after our family (seemingly without reservations) were served full meals before ours was even brought out. Asked to speak to the manager twice. Manager did not show up until the food came out. When the manager arrived, he was very unsure of operations and how to handle situations like this. He just wanted to serve out the food. Two stars because our waitress was nice, the food was okay despite waiting way too long and the manager did make a fair comp.
