I had a pretty negative experience with this provider today. I had to the go to the back of the building and wait next to a garbage can in the rain to get a Covid, Flu, Strep test. The nurse would barley answer my questions, I get it, it was wet, cold, and rainy out but I was thankful all test were negative. Then it began, I got passed around from doctor to doctor via video chat, spoke to five different scheduling people, Only to end up getting a cough syrup prescription which didn’t help at all. Basically due to the symptoms I had, even with negative testing, I couldn’t get in to see a doctor and was told I had to wait 10 days before anyone would even think about seeing me. I was referred to urgent care. Needless to say they were all booked up and I couldn’t get an appointment with them either. So what if you have another illness outside of Covid or the Flue? Pneumonia or something? I guess your just out of luck. I literally self diagnosed my self and ended up going else where for help. The quality of service was the worst medical service/experience ever…. Then I asked myself how I could get straight forward, quick and helpful service from one provider but spend days getting the straight run around from Baylor Scott & White in Red Oak? Don’t waste your time with these people…

I was sent away because I am experiencing COVID symptoms. Didn't matter that they had a recent negative test on file and a vaccine. They said I could call the doctor for $250 but I already did that and the doctor told me I needed to come in to get tests done. Don't come here.

Doctors are great but what annoys me is anytime you call it goes to a central it seems scheduling and message center and you cannot be sent to an assistant vm or sent to them directly, they have to relay a message for them to call back. Also, the assistants are horrible. I request medication to be sent to a specific pharmacy and it was even spelled out in the email. They still sent it to the wrong one. When I tried to get a referral to PT I gave them the address, the NPI number and they again scheduled me at a completely different location. First one in grapevine 35 mins away from me, 2nd one at a location with the same name but wrong address and finally one week later the correct one. All while I spelled it out to them two times. I’ve had medical assistants struggle with basic lab tests names. I’ll keep going because I adore Dr. Hollub for the time being (been his patient for 20 years) but if this keeps up I will change.

I’ve only ever made appointments. If they do take walk-ins, you’d probably have a long wait.

Hi, Do you do physical therapy at your facility for post knee meniscus surgery or recommend someone close? Thanks in advance, George Gustafson
