Paul and his entire staff could not have been kinder to me. Initially I went to a Mall Franchise place because my insurance was covered there. What a mess they made of my glasses and prescription. Paul was extremely kind and thorough in helping me literally see straight again. The cost was more than that Mall Franchise but well worth the money. I finally feel at ease with my eyes and frustration due to that horrible mall franchise experience .Thank you for bending over backwards Plaza Optical!!

Traveling from out of state, I lost the bag in which I carried my contacts and glasses. When my last contact for one eye became unusable, Plaza Optical was kind enough to consult my current prescription and provide me with sample--for both eyes--free of charge. Their generosity and kindness cannot be overstated, and I am very grateful.

So we just left plaza optical and had another unpleasant experience there and they always involve the owner who you would think would be better suited to handle customers correctly. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. So my wife and I are trying on frames as we're interested in purchasing for our upcoming appointments in the near future and found frames we liked. We were taking pictures of said frames and Paul rudely walks over and snatches the frames from my hands. His staff is very pleasant but the problem there is him. Again definitely would not recommend. We will be switching to a friendlier environment.

Plaza Optical provides excellent customer service. The entire staff, including the doctors, are pleasant and helpful and take the time to answer any questions. Even when you call back multiple times. This is the way choosing frames should always be. No more being let loose in a room with hundreds of frames and being told they will be back in 10 minutes to see your choice. Add the stress of not being able to see what you look like in the frames, and the process is anything but fun. Go to Plaza Optical however, and the experience is so different. Paul sits you down and examines your face for a moment, and then he goes to work. He selects a few frames at a time and has you try them on - no need for a mirror at this point, you can trust him to keep selecting frames until he has 2 or 3 that he thinks will work best for you. No pressure to like what he selects and if you don't like the color he provides different choices. I usually just go with his recommendation and I am very happy with the results. It's fun to go outside my comfort zone and still be confident that the frames will look good on my face. When I have any questions/issues with frames or lenses the staff there will contact the insurance company for you, which is very helpful. Highly recommended!
