I bought 2 paks each of 3 panties via Amazon with NY Lingerie. After waiting they said one package was sent and the next would be coming. The first never arrived - although they INSIST it did. The second arrived with a damaged, poorly made item. They won't refund something that never arrived - and communicating with them has been a nightmare. And I resent that each communication with them is signed: "Have a Blessed Day". They are not a church or a synagogue or a mosque. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.
