First, Let me say I never leave reviews. I called Bath Fitter with real skepticism. They sent me Chris Saucedo, in sales, the next morning. Chris was too good to be true and told him so; that if this tub surround didn't get installed as promised, no one would get paid. I ordered the ACRYLIC, smokey, subway-tile tub surround to replace some old junk around my favorite and existing tub. I asked for Derek Hutchinson to install it because he is reportedly "ALL THAT". Chris answered all my questions for a solid week after I ordered the surround, before the surround came in. Derek showed up to install the thing as promised. I am blown away, in a good way. Chris delivered and delivered Derek, the tub installation whisperer. It is perfect and beautiful. These men are skilled, professional and wonderful to work with. I enjoyed every minute with both men. You can give these guys your keys and just leave them with it. I called Bath Fitter on a WHIM. I'm so glad I did. It will last a lifetime.
