Very pleased with the service from O’krents! Everyone we interacted with from the initial consultation, product selection, recommendations, quoting, to installation was great! Our sales woman, Kaylyn was very easy to work with. We explained what we were looking for and what we wanted and she found us the perfect floors and within our budget! I never felt pressured to look at product above my price range. The project manager, Monica was really great at communicating the install info and timing. And everyone on the crew that installed was very polite and respectful of our house. The the floors look amazing. I am so happy with how they turned out! I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking at getting your floors changed.

I am new to purchasing flooring, O’Krent’s came highly recommended so I stopped by. At the start, I’d say the service I received was decent. I decided what I wanted rather quickly and the order took around 4 weeks to come in. I was able to get the installation scheduled about a week or so later. The installers did a good job however they realized in the middle of the day that they weren’t given enough material to finish the job. There was also concern brought to my attention that the flooring installed might be defective. Not what you want to hear when you make a large purchase! You expect excellent customer service and for the job to be done right the first time. Monica came out and inspected the flooring, it was determined to not be defective which was a huge relief. However it was still another 3 weeks of waiting for the material shortage to arrive so installation could be scheduled. I called and followed up a few times, they were not proactive in communicating with me at all. I asked for a % off due to the delay & the inconvenience of having my house in disarray. There are exposed nails in my floor, clothing and shoes piled up in my bathroom & living room. I was told management would not honor any % off. They would only pay for the material shortage and installation…which is to be expected, it’s their mistake! I’m not sure how other flooring companies do things but this one, I’d think twice as they don’t put the customer as a priority. UPDATE: the owner did call me, which I appreciate it. However, he said “if you had told me that you wanted a company that would provide a perfect installation the first time, I would’ve told you, we are not the company for you.” I was shocked by this statement! He went on to tell me that the company will do everything to make any errors right, which I can appreciate. I know they are trying to make things right, I just still feel they are missing the point of customer service.

Car broke down in front of store. 3 different employees came out to offer assistance and even their phone number if we needed anything. They also gave us waters on a hot evening. If they treat their customers even half as well as they cared for our well being then they deserve all the business they can get. Will definitely go to them for any future flooring needs. Thank you. 😊
