I wanna first start by saying that I have high expectations so this review was well earned. I would not go anywhere else. They are the best in the city of Columbus as far as I am concerned. Not only did Sam do a great job on my nails, but my kiddos nails are stunning as well. I went last weekend with an appointment for a fill for myself and a manicure for my husband, and on the spot my kid asked for acrylics, and they accommodated us despite a very busy day. The staff is amazing and I will be coming back.

Asked for a polish manicure. Did not receive manicure only polish change that only lasted until I got into my car (let them dry for 10+ minutes). Felt very rushed the entire time, barely had time to pick out color. Tried to charge me for manicure at the end when didn’t even receive that. Very expensive for what you receive.
