I came in to get a gel mani & pedi by Nancy. Was very unsatisfied!! She was very rude & unfriendly. It was a very rushed job. Had smudges on my toes. Asked her nicely to fix it she had an issue doing so. As if I didn’t just spend $80 of my money for the service. Also was charged an extra $5 to remove gel polish from my toes, even though I was getting my feet done. Would not recommend at all!!

Went in to get a nail corrected on my toe, the gel polish had chipped from the service I received from the shop down the street (Gel Nails LLC). Well initially went there first to have it corrected but was told to come back in 4hrs! For one toe…I said no thanks and went up the street where I was greeted with kindness and immediately serviced. The young woman did excellent matching the color and now I have a NEW nail lady! Boom 🙂

This is the only place I choose to get my pedicures. Very friendly and they know their customers. Plus they will give you a bottle of water or wine!

It’s was terrible customer service and the lady who did my nail was rude. She file my nails so hard and cut my cuticles with Nail filer.
