Fun track with some challenging holes and greens. Well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

Two friends and I played a round on Friday. It was the first time for my one friend to play the Vineyard. I tried to prepare he for the way I’ve been treated by the staff in the past. I said really nice course but you have to deal with a not so friendly staff. To my surprise the whole attitude of the employees have changed from my previous experience. Every employee I made contact with went above and beyond expectations. The starter was helpful in telling us about course and just very friendly. One gentleman was going through the course with water and keeping an eye on the pace of play. He made contact with us three different times and each time he thanked us for spending our day there. I have hesitated about golfing at the Vineyard for many years because of my past experience but I’m so glad I played there today. I will definitely be back. Course is in great shape and so is the customer service

Played 8/29/22. This is a great layout and greens fees very reasonable. Bunkers were in good shape as well as the fairways. Grenns are not fast and some were very slow, but hey, hit the ball a little harder. The only problem (and the only reason I did not rate this course 5 stars) is that there are 3 or 4 greens that are in rough shape. They are still playable but your putt is going to be a little bouncey. If I lived in the area I'd play here a lot.

Golf course was beautifully kept and extremely fun to play! Greens are fast in some places and slow in others would be my only complaint but still an amazing experience! Would 110% golf here again

In the mornings we see tracks of geese and deer and coyotes in the bunkers, as well as scraps of rabbit fur and clumps of feathers, indicating overnight predation. We occasionally see a fox or a raccoon or a snapping turtles but most of the four footed types lay low when the golfers are out. I once pulled my cart up to what I thought was someone's lost club cover, but it walked away, revealing itself to be a skunk, when I reached to pick it up. We see a fun diversity of birds. Bluebirds, pileated woodpeckers, herons, ducks and red tailed hawks are commonly seen, though some are seasonal. There is certainly wildlife on the course, but the Vineyard is not the place to go to witness it.
$37 during the week
I work at the Vineyard. Tee times can be made 10 days in advance.
