I came there yesterday and it was only 5:45pm. I chose what I wanted and went to fitting room to try everything on, the girl said I can take only 5 items and she's going to help me switch them. I said ok. When I started to try them I had to wait 10 minutes for her to give me every other set, and not even 5 pieces. I tried only half what I chose and when it was 6:50 she said she can't give me more because they closing fitting room at 7pm. I didn't ask for help in fitting room. I could try everything what I wanted in 20 minutes, and try 2 more times in same amount of clothes if I wasn't waiting on her. I spent more time waiting on her. I left my kids at home and went shopping myself what moms know is very hard, to be able to choose something but I couldn't because of unprofessional employees. Very disappointed!!!

I went into the store this morning and they opened almost 2 hours after it said it was open and I needed to get sized for a bra and the staff was rude and acted like it was the and end of the world. They then did not help or ask me if I needed help the while time I was in there.For the amount of money people spend in there they should be more helpful and not rude! I probably won't be back.

Horrendous customer service. Asked a worker for help finding my size as she was spritzing perfume in the store and was very rudely told that I had to wait until she was done. She then proceeded to rummage through drawers after I told her I couldn’t find my size and gave me the wrong color product entirely. Explained that what I was given was white not pink and she snapped at me that I had to order it online. She was the surprised when I starting putting everything I grabbed back where I got them to leave. She was also dumbfounded when I told her no that I did not want free shipping to order the product. No, I do not want free and shipping. I also do not want to ever step foot in that store ever again or see/speak to this worker again. The only pro to this store is that it smells good because they prioritize spraying perfume everywhere over customer service.
