Without a doubt the worst airport I travel thru. Actually, it’s my home airport. I fly every week, so not a novice. I am so curious to learn why 100% of the time when my evening flight arrives at the gate we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an agent to appear. Perhaps they are unaware that we are coming. This is terrible customer service. But don’t feel special CMH, this country is suffering from a pandemic of poor customer service. Keep up the good work!

All major car rental companies are represented at the airport car rental facility. You would need to contact the individual rental companies about any discounts
