What an absolute hole this place is. Would the residents even get the cards by Easter? Hours to respond to call lights, served frozen pizza for dinner, wound dressings not changed for almost 5 hours. If you want your family to sit in their own infection for hours at a time and turn septic, bring them here. Absolutely shameful. I don’t know how the administrative staff sleeps at night or keeps their jobs.

I just want to start with how pitiful the care is here. I sent my uncle to the hospital & later found out he had covid. After his stay at the hospital, my family , I and the doctors at the hospital felt like he needed more care, such as a nursing home. We normally don't come here, so it was a first time. But the first couple days were okay , he was in this facility for about a month and a half. Towards the last week of his say he told me , they declined him a bath, had him in the same clothes for 4 plus days which is just sad... If you don't like your job why work here? The food here was nasty my uncle lost over 20 pounds here. So anyways we found out he had pneumonia , so they put him on antibiotics when he left the nursing home he had 3 more doeses, which was supposed to be called into the pharmacy , never was. I went to the pharmacy twice and still aint there. I called the nursing home and the lady I talked to was rude & telling me I need to call back.. Its 5 am, my uncle needs his morning medication by 8am , I work overnights and thought to pick up his medication when I got off , knowing I had somebody at my house making sure he is okay, now I need to have somebody else come over again so I can go check if his medication is ready in the morning . This is just beyond me and TRUST me when I say my uncle will never be coming back here!!! I don't care if its the last option. 0/10 I don't recommend this facility .

When it takes a nurse an hr to get to my dad there is an issue with staffing and you need to hire more staff
