Owner was pushy to make a purchase although I was unsure I will take responsibility as I could have said no in hindsight. However I went back the same time next day after making a deposit on the order. Turns out the owners policy is to keep the 50% deposit no matter the time of cancellation or refund inquiries although it was only 24hrs and no materials or service was received or even initiated. This isn’t a review to disrespect or put down the business entirely. I just think people should be aware of how business is conducted here because even if it is legal it’s really bad business practice in my opinion. If nothing is completed or even started you should not be charged. Also she also informed that if I didn’t have the 50% deposit down and put down less I would owe her the rest of the 50% no matter what so be aware of that too. As soon as you make an order you can guarantee you will not get 50% back on your order no matter whether you were satisfied or if anything was even done to begin with. Hope this helps anyone be more informed. Because I know I was never informed of how the ordering process works only the approximate time of completion which was 3 weeks as informed but I canceled in 24hrs. Wish the best.

Wonderful work... could not be happier. Excellent framing experience. Actually picked up an interesting, unusual gift (magazine from 1927). Just in time, for a hard-to buy-for relatives’ birthday this weekend. Great selection of frames. I like the non-glare glass option. Strong mounting wire. Quality work.
