I had an initial issue with clerk trying to exchange a birthday present of a slide that was too big to get one that fits. Not asking for money just the right size. Talked with Justin, the manager, who promptly took care of me and exchanged for the right size and gave me a set of strings which was more than I expected. I ordered a Fender 12 String from them on EBay. Great price & really fast shipping. Ordered it on Wednesday and received it that Friday! From Ohio to Florida in 2 days! It is a 2018 and looks brand new. The action was set up great and was in perfect tune. Very happy with my purchase. The only negative is that they are located in Ohio instead of Florida. A liitle too far for me to stop in and browse!
