First and foremost to reach Jake up at 10 is an understatement. He is unequivocally the prime example of what customer service should be, and that being said, I don’t mean just greeting you with a smile, and a hello, but going above & beyond & then beyond that. Take it for me I’m speaking from personal experience because like many others I did customer service/sales for Bank of America. That being said Jacob ,whom works @ the Verizon Wireless Store, safely not just once but two days in a row way pass his schedule. Jacob puts me to shame and anybody else because he never wants looked unhappy or distressed, and I’m not sure how this company works if it’s our commission, but even so he took this account which was Anderson was his name who started it and finished it up with us. Jacob is the man in the prime example of a customer service should be.
