So sad, I had vouched for this place to everyone. I finally made it back and regret it 100%. Cook just opened a few cans of this and that, tossed it together and served a plate of slop.

Came here for lunch on off season. Shitake bbq burrito was 99% rice and very boring. Cost was $19 if you can believe it. Would really appreciate better vegetarian options. Price should reflect ingredients. You would think that a piece of steak costs the restaurant more than a (non-organic) mushroom or two. My wife had Tacos - they were better.

I had an awful experience today at Pop’s. I sat outdoors for lunch. No server came to the table, so I went to the counter to ask to place my order. I never was served water, cutlery or napkins. We had to ask for them. We never got a check either, and I again went to the register to pay. We ordered tacos and sushi, which were fine. I’ve never been to a restaurant with this lack of service. Although I’m a local, I had never eaten there before.

Big props to these folks. Doing a nice job with trim staff. Place is kept very clean and the food and drinks were perfect and as ordered.

We are trying to get settled and see if we have enough staff to expand into pop's kitchen. It has been very difficult going through all this with staffing and finances so we put our efforst into one kitchen until we can get more staff and capacity.
Yes and no. You can only sit outdoors on the boardwalk when dogs are allowed off season. But you can sit with your dog on the ocean avenue side anytime
