I erroneously showed up for another Dr. who shares the old Victorian that houses several practices but my Dr was off that day. The outright hostility of the receptionist desk from Dr Chinnichi, towards a person who is seeing a specialist with a scary health concern would keep from seeing a possibly very fine Dr. in Dr. Chinnichi.

Appointment pushed back and entire month because the doctor decided to take that day off. Office manager hung up on me before giving the time of new appointment. These old offices have no idea what customer service is or means

Dr. Chinnici is an amazing doctor! My entire back was covered with plaque psoriasis and he prescribed Enbrel and laser treatments. In 3 months my back, as well as the rest of my body, was completely clear and I have not had the psoriasis to that severity since!! I would have given him 5 stars however his billing department was incompetent at the time, may be different now.
