Rich and his staff are the best you can get in Monmouth County. Their attention to detail, care for their customers and the job they perform on your car is nothing but a 10/10. Rich is extremely personable and made me feel a lot better after talking through the process of how he was going to fix the repairs. I was hit in my brand new car and had several issues that needed to be completely replaced. I was hesitant to go anywhere but a VW dealership and boy, was I wrong to think that.
