For many years I ordered Muffin and Fruit Baskets as gifts from Lindsey's Country Store, I would order at Thanksgiving for businesses I dealt with through the year as a thank you for their exceptional service, at Christmas as gifts for friends. When they closed, I frantically looked for a replacement company. I thought I had found it in One of a Kind Gift! I first ordered 3 baskets, 1 for a Business, 2 for friends, all three for Thanksgiving. I later ordered 2 for a business at Christmas, this business had limited hours the week these baskets were to be delivered, I gave specific delivery instructions with the open times of this business in order to have the baskets delivered successfully. I called A One of a Kind Gift after Christmas to see if the 2 baskets had been delivered... I was told no, they were unable to accomplish delivery, but could send as New Years, etc... I declined that offer and said just leave the amount for those baskets as credit on my account, I'd use later. Meantime I had received thank yous from the two friends who had received baskets at Thanksgiving, but not the business...and since I had been sending to them yearly, this was unusual. I had occasion to speak with the office manager of that business in the spring, and asked if they had received the basket at Thanksgiving...she said they had not! I immediately went to A One of a Kind Gift and asked them what was going on and what they intended to do about this non- delivery! Well...we use the operators from the answering service business next door...they said it was delivered! But, have no signature or confirmation of same... So, I was out of luck for the over $100. Basket I purchased that was never delivered. I then asked for a refund of the two baskets they had not been able to deliver at Christmas... Sherry was not able to do this, she said it was a new machine, but she'd take care of it... Long story short on that credit...it never happened, instead my credit card was charged again! I called and asked Sherry to take care of it. Again never happened, I called the credit card company and had the charge taken off my account, I never received the credit! So... now I'm out over $200. For 3 baskets I purchased that were never delivered, 2 that A One of a Kind admits to, but never issued the credit. I sent her a certified registered letter demanding refunds for the 3 baskets, stating I'd take her to Small Claims, hire an attorney, use Social Media, etc... no response. So... I went to Small Claims Court... I filed a claim against Sherry's Kitchen? A One of a Kind Gift, in the amount of $217.06 on 12/16/20, I had given them a year to make good on the undelivered baskets. We got a court date of Mar 3, 2021... I was there... no representative from A One of a Kind Gift bothered to show up... The Judge issued a Judgement against them in the amount of $232.06, and an Information Subpoena was served upon the business. The Small Claims visits and orders have been going on now for over a year, culminating with a Bench Warrant issued for Sherry, ofcourse no one will be going out to serve this warrant, but you'd think a business woman wouldn't want this Black Mark on her name or Business to be out there. I guess she just doesn't care about her customers! I would never order from them again... Their products are delicious and beautifully presented, but I had no luck with this business... Nor the owner!

While I didn't see the basket myself, everybody said it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Sherry was very nice and helpful over the phone. I'm grateful for small businesses like this one who will go the extra mile for their clients satisfaction. Thank you!

We have almost zero walk-in traffic. Virtually 99% of our business is via online and phone orders. If/when a customer enters our store, our two employees don masks. When our drivers make a delivery, they also wear masks and we can certainly make no-contact deliveries.
We sure do ! It would be best if you give me a call and we can go over what you'd like. There are only two of us and we often have to close the store to go out on deliveries. Thanks in advance, Sherry
